This meeting room is located on Level 3 of the Shared Library Building, Pagoh Higher Education Hub.

- Online application via the PEH E-Tempas System.
- Manual application at the Special Projects Section, Pagoh Higher Education Hub, or contact the officer at 06-974 2416 / 2451 to check availability and make early reservations.
- Submission of Official Letter of Application for processing and approval.
- Approval process takes seven (7) working days, and the status of the application will be communicated via mail/email to the applicant.
- Payment can be made to PEH within 3 working days of application approval.

- Renters/users are only allowed to use the meeting room after making reservations and payment.
- Renters/users must maintain the safety, cleanliness, and orderliness of the chairs/tables and facilities provided.
- Renters/users are responsible for safeguarding all meeting room equipment such as LCD projectors, whiteboards, etc., from damage and misuse.
- Altering and removing equipment/facilities from the meeting room are not allowed.
- Cancellation of meeting room bookings falls under the authority of PEH management.
- Failure to comply with the listed terms and conditions may result in booking cancellation without prior notice.
- Food provision in the meeting room is limited to light snacks only (cakes/fruit). For heavy meals, the catering service can use the provided dining room.
- Renters/users are prohibited from bringing non-halal food/drinks into the meeting room.
- All switches must be turned off after meeting room use.
- All documents and papers should not be left on the meeting room table.
- Meeting secretaries are responsible for locking the meeting room after use and returning the key to the PEH Management Service Unit.
