The Shared PEH Library is under the administration of the Information & Reference Unit (USMR), Special Projects Section of the Pagoh Higher Education Hub (PEH), which is centrally managed by Public Universities and Polytechnics. The library's operations involve staff from three (3) Public Universities (UA), namely Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM), International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), Universiti Teknologi Malaysia Research Centre (UTM), and one (1) polytechnic, namely Politeknik Tun Syed Nasir (PTSN). The three-story Gunasama Library building, covering an area of ​​8,962 square feet, provides seating for 1,300 people and houses 64,678 reading materials.
